Suitable for Golf 8.0 / 8.5 GTI with the factory rear silencer or other GTI rear silencers with a maximum pipe diameter of 112 mm. Not suitable for the GTI Clubsport or GTI Clubsport 45.
The OETTINGER rear diffuser, with its distinctive diffuser fins, gives the rear of the vehicle a noticeably sportier appearance.
Manufactured to OEM quality standards, the OETTINGER rear diffuser was tested in the Volkswagen wind tunnel and does not require registration. It replaces the factory rear diffuser. The OETTINGER rear diffuser is supplied primed and must be painted. We recommend Gloss Black.
For installation, adhesive D-172-200-A2 and cleaner D-009-401-04, or isopropanol (91%, remainder water), are required. The adhesive and cleaner are not included in the scope of delivery and can be ordered separately from an authorised Volkswagen dealer.
Note: The OETTINGER rear diffuser is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a trailer hitch.
