Introducing Eventuri's S62 Carbon Fiber Plenum Lid, a remarkable piece crafted entirely from pre-preg carbon fiber. This product seamlessly replaces the conventional plastic variant, enriching the acoustic character of the BMW S62 V8 engine. While it may not deliver a performance boost, it does significantly elevate the auditory excitement of driving the M5/Z8, introducing a new dimension to the driving experience. The outcome is an exhaust note with a profound, resonant tone at lower RPMs that ascends in pitch as you accelerate. At higher RPMs, the lid imparts a sound reminiscent of the CSL, creating an utterly captivating experience. We meticulously tested various carbon thicknesses through multiple iterations to fine-tune the sound, and the end result is a plenum that produces a substantial increase in volume along with a more harmonious induction sound.This plenum can be used with the OEM airbox or any aftermarket intake system.
