Paddleshifterz - Carbon Paddle Shifters for BMW

Take your interior game to the next level with shifters from Paddleshifterz. The shifters are 1-1 replacement of your original E/F/G Series BMW paddle shifters, so no extra accessory, no glue or screw is required. You just take out the old set and put the new ones in.

INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative terminal on your battery. On all-wheel and rear-wheel drive cars the battery is in the trunk. F40 and F44 have the battery in the engine bay.
2. Grab a screwdriver and find the indentation spot on the side of the steering wheel, carefully push the spring that holds the airbag in place. Disconnect the airbag and put it to the side safely.
3. Remove the T20 screws on each side.
4. Disconnect the shifter cable and remove the shifter from the steering wheel. Take a small head screwdriver and push the pin out which is connecting the shifter to the black plastic piece. (Pins only go out one way. On the left side push the pin from bottom towards top and on the right side push it from top to bottom)
5. Replace the OEM shifter with the new shifter and push the pin back. Now put the shifter back onto the steering wheel, reconnect the shifter cable and put the screw back.
6. Put the shifter cable back to its original spot, connect the airbag back into its place, push it in place and reconnect your battery.
